Dynabyte --  Z80 CPU Board
This was the only Z80 CPU board Dynabyte made. It was utilized in all their systems.

Dynabyte CPU board

The board board seems well designed and quite complex. I believe it had a parallel port as well as two serial ports on board.
Other than that I have no information about the board.  
If anybody could share the manual please let me know.
