I have a TRS-80 Color Computer 1 that I do not need. It includes Extended Color BASIC 1.1, either 16K or 32K of RAM, the Extended Color BASIC Quick Reference Card, the CoCo1 Operator's manual, and the book "Getting Started with Color BASIC." I am open to any reasonable offer, but I would like to get at least $30-40. I would also be interested in trading it for a good Model III(not CoCo3) depending on the capabilities of the Model III. Buyer pays shipping, but if you live in Duluth or the Carlton County MN area, I can deliver it direct. I am keeping the CCR-82 recorder I bought for it, but I will include a different microcomputer cassette player that should work with it, given some tinkering. For Sale: I have a model 4P for sale. It's functionally excellent, and cosmetically pretty good. The only bad part is the hinge on the back door is slightly off track. | I have a nice fully functional original TRS-80 Model 3 that I would like to sell. It has been in storage since ~1990. I fired it up last week and everything worked (though I couldn't remember much in the way of commands etc.). It has (2) 5.25" floppy drives, RS232? (I think) and 48K of RAM. I have TRSDOS 1.2 and 1.3. Software includes Scripsit and Scripsit dictionary, Visicalc, Disk Payroll, General Ledger & Profile III PLus. All software includes original documantation/binder. Based in West Philadelphia (Philadelphia, PA) our offices are planning to move. We have 2 model 4's ( 1 working) and 3 model 3's ( 1 working). for the machines that are mot working I am wont to believe it is the old disk drive problem. We want to give away these machines but I just don't want to give them to somebody to fix and buy. I want to give them to somebody who is developing new software or hardware to extend the life of these fine machines. The only caveat is that I will have no money to send them to anyone. They must pick them up or provide monies for the shipping. By the way I may have more machines ( we had up to 20 model 3's, 4's 1's and 100's in the system. TRS-80 computer desk for the Model 1. This old beauty was bought in '79 or '80 along with a used Model 1. It is in glorious gray with an off white top. One one inch long piece of edge tape is missing on the right front. There are two cutouts in the left top side. One fits the keyboard and the other fits the expansion interface. There is a sheet metal shelf under the top on the right side that can hold about 3 of the disk drives. It was actually sold by Radio Shack for a short while. It needs a new home. Owner has used it as a computer desk all this time and made a removable plug for the front cutout. It will take down and fit into a moderately small box. Probaby weighs about 40 pounds.
