DF - An analogue of the UNIX command of the same name.

Of course there is not a lot of similarity between CP/M and UNIX so 'DF' on
CP/M produces quite different information from what 'df' yields on UNIX.
Nonetheless I think it is quite useful.

DF looks at all discs and for each one displays:

...	disc allocation block size
...	total size of disc
...	space used
...	space available
...	total number of directory entries
...	directory entries in use
...	free directory entries

As far as I know this information is not readily available elsewhere, or at
least not presented in such a convenient form.

This program only runs on CP/M 3.
