Source for GEM/XM components

• The GEM/XM AES (205k) including source code. Among other changes, this version adds the 'click to drop down menus' setting and uses a GEM/3 directory structure.
• The GEM/XM VDI (179k) including source code. This has similar GEM/3 changes to the AES, and no longer uses a hardcoded clipboard path.
