Short: Program to set CP/M date & time with least effort.
 
The Digital Research program DATE.COM is clumsy to use and cannot cope
with the next century.  As there may still be people using CP/M by
then (I know people who still use typewriters & Tipp-Ex, it's what you
are used to that matters), TIME.COM is offered as a plausible substitute.
TIME.COM has been designed for minumum keyboard input.  Seconds are ignored
for this reason, and the current year is carried in the program (where it
can be easily re-set) thus avoiding the need to re-input it each time the
program is run.
 
The file should be put in the directory /pub/cpm
