This is a character transfer utility, for use with PRN.COM.  CHRTX
aids in the construction of new files of graphics by transfering
graphic characters from one file to the first open character position
in another CHAR definition file.  Download as 8-bit binary file,
then rename CHRTX.COM.  Not useful unless you also have PRN.COM,
